You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant The Conscient Group LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
Paid features, where applicable, are billed as disclosed at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONSCIENT GROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 WHERE NO FEES WERE PAID.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Conscient Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek equitable relief in court to protect intellectual-property rights. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
